Job Title: Finance and Insurance Manager

At Yark Automotive, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell financing and insurance to customers
  • Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services' goals and objectives
  • Review customer credit applications
  • Makes extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers
  • Assess profitability to dealership of financing arrangements
  • Utilize the menu selling process
  • Ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
  • Work closely with sales team
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products
  • Support the dealership's initiative in Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs
  • Comply with all Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules and regulations
  • Ensure that all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with organizational guidelines and local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
  • Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents
  • Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
  • Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company
  • Attend weekly manager meetings
  • Maintain effective employee relations
  • Promote and maintain good ESI
Requirements:
  • Automotive dealership F&I or Sales experience
  • A College Business or Finance Degree
  • Finance and Insurance Management training preferred
  • Proven track record
  • Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test Valid driver's license with good driving record
