Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Chief Delivery LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, and administration, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to multiple levels of employees. They will be responsible for greeting visitors, presenting a professional image, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain all office-related supplies, including furniture, letterhead, and new supplies as needed. Arrange for food or drinks as required for events.
  • Event Coordination: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences. Supervise, monitor, and delegate work to administrative staff as needed. Develop a system for the team to locate and review files or records. Create and implement onboarding programs for new employees. Manage the office budget.
  • Coordination and Support: Arrange and book travel and accommodations. Respond to correspondence, complaints, and inquiries. Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • Three years of previous office management experience.
  • Three years of insurance sales and customer service experience.
  • Active Ohio Insurance Sales License.
  • Superb communication skills.
