Business Insurance Sales Professional

At Knight Insurance Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Insurance Sales professional to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving organic growth for the organization by writing profitable, relationship-driven accounts under our Knight Vision process.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate new relationships with individuals generating prospects that fit agency criteria and promote the agency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketplace trends and carrier products to provide the best coverage options for clients.
- Identify and assess various carrier products to select the best type of coverage at a competitive price for the client.
- Effectively communicate coverage features, advantages, and disadvantages to promote the sale of insurance products.
- Develop strong relationships with underwriters to ensure seamless account management.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers to service clients in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Seek and capitalize on account rounding opportunities to drive business growth.
- Meet and exceed annual sales objectives while staying informed about emerging industry trends and new products.
- Adhere to agency Errors & Omissions guidelines to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Thorough understanding of business/commercial property and casualty coverage.
- Ability to analyze contracts to identify key exclusions and recognize coverage gaps.
- Collaborative and respectful team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to lifelong learning.
- Proven track record of pursuing and closing sales with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Insurance knowledge and experience with advanced designations such as CIC, CRM, etc.
