Job Summary:

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant - Patient Access Representative II to join our team. As a Medical Assistant - Patient Access Representative II, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our patients and healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families in a warm and welcoming manner
Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
Assist with clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program preferred
Current AHA Basic Life Support Certification required
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
Strong organizational and time management skills
