Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support our Strong Futures program. This role encompasses a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of our team. The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential support to the program's Director and staff, manage daily office functions, and oversee the general administrative tasks of Strong Futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of Strong Futures events and activities, such as community dinners and seasonal celebrations.
  2. Develop and promote a weekly calendar of events for the Strong Futures program.
  3. Conduct regular outreach to engage youth in events and programming, maintaining updated contact lists.
  4. Support the tracking and evaluation of program outcomes.
  5. Help prepare periodic reports as required.
  6. Organize and maintain the communal spaces of Strong Futures.
  7. Provide front desk coverage on a rotating schedule.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young individuals.
  • Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.

Compensation: Salary range is $42,000 - $48,500, commensurate with education, experience, and language proficiency.
