As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of your colleagues, caregivers, patients, and clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and onboard high-quality healthcare professionals.
  • Employing various recruitment tools and techniques to source and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Overseeing caregivers and field staff during their assignments.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources.
  • Building and maintaining connections with industry contacts to gain insights, referrals, and business development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Preferred undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or as a Licensed RN.
  • Must fulfill all federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism.

Compensation Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate:
During the initial training period, you will receive an hourly wage of $21.64.

As a Recruiter 1:
Upon successful completion of the training period, you will transition to a salaried position with an annual base salary of $50,000, in addition to weekly commission opportunities.
