Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
- 3-5 years of clinical or healthcare-related experience is required.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage candidates effectively throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to listen and respond to the needs of business partners regarding recruitment.
