Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts including account types and financial statements.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office applications.

Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to multi-tenant or public housing environments.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices.
