Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
- 3-5 years of clinical, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience is required.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, with a solid understanding of effective recruitment practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and understand business needs.
- Ability to effectively represent the BrightSpring brand and the opportunities available within the organization.

Salary Range
USD $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
