About the Job:

V2Soft is seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to support our Information Technology sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Schedule meetings with new and existing client managers to understand potential opportunities and showcase V2Soft capabilities.
  • Take ownership of key customer accounts and establish yourself as a trusted partner to valued customers.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Ensure retention and growth of customer accounts through excellent customer service and responsiveness.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Responsible for maintaining SLAs for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure timely onboarding for identified hires and other tasks.
Requirements:
  • Must demonstrate ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of a customer's organization.
  • Possess a good understanding of IT products and trends.
  • Must understand how to work the account and grow the account for new business development within the account and in turn, generating revenue.
  • Must understand SLA and customer process, work with delivery or recruiting team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs in collaboration with the internal Solutions team.
  • Excellent follow-up skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of recruiting and sales processes and demonstrated ability to grow future business is essential.
  • This role requires some traveling as needed to further develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
