About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Janie and Jack LLC. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising, stocking, and visual displays.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth, with a focus on building a high-performing sales team.
