About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our Fabletics Retail Store team. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail store customer experience and supporting sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment through events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
  • Prior retail management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
