Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Natick Mall store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, while also assisting with various tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure a safe and inviting environment for customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
- Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
- Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customers to participate.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail or customer service.
- Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Meets physical requirements.
