Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage community associates to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality property maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax credit requirements and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive leasing activity and increase revenue.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, renewal letters, and other necessary documents.
  • Conduct regular resident satisfaction surveys and implement improvements to enhance the resident experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident files, accounting records, and other community data.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Research and analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and maximize revenue.
  • Collect, post, and deposit rents and other community income in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing or a related industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or certifications in property management preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
