Position Overview

Role Summary and Expectations

  • Oversees and evaluates monthly reports, contributions, and data for rehired retirees associated with designated employers.
  • Investigates and rectifies basic data discrepancies and contribution issues during the processing of monthly transactions, whether via online platforms or data files, including service and contributions.
  • Distributes employer cash receipts related to monthly transactions and addresses timing or erroneous data submissions.
  • Balances monthly employer reports, data files, and cash receipts.
  • Generates monthly invoices for deficiencies or overpayments for current reporting.
  • Collaborates with employers to reconcile invoices with accounts and resolve issues related to aged invoices.
  • Conducts routine processing on various reports.
  • Investigates unallocated cash receipts.
  • Maintains an accurate database of employer and GASB contacts.
  • Participates in GASB audits, reporting/tracking, special projects, and data cleanup initiatives.
  • Addresses inquiries from Member Services regarding account adjustments and modifications.
  • Responds to inquiries from employer HR and payroll personnel regarding responsibilities, web reporting, membership eligibility, and transaction activities.
