As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including payroll, HR technology, and record-keeping partners. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from processing biweekly and semi-monthly funding to conducting in-depth data analysis and resolving employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of our 401(k) plans, ensuring timely and accurate processing of contributions, distributions, and other transactions.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct meticulous data reviews to maintain the accuracy of employee and plan information. Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data related to the plans, including funding levels, investment performance, and participant activity. Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve employee inquiries and issues regarding their retirement benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of retirement plan administration.

  • Education: Associate's degree in HR, Finance/Accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in Retirement/401(k) Benefits and/or benefits administration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
