AP Recruiters & Associates is in search of a Senior Benefits Analyst for a contract opportunity. This role operates in a hybrid environment, requiring in-office presence on select days.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations, administration, communication, and compliance of various retirement plans and executive programs.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external service providers and internal payroll and HR teams
  • Investigate issues and provide responses to inquiries from service providers, stakeholders, and plan participants
  • Collaborate with the internal communications team and external vendors on benefits-related communications, including enrollment materials and plan documentation
  • Conduct best practices research, benchmark analysis, and trend evaluations
  • Create presentations and training materials for payroll and HR staff
