Position: Senior Benefits Analyst
AP Recruiters & Associates is in search of a Senior Benefits Analyst for a contract opportunity. This role operates in a hybrid environment, requiring in-office presence on select days.
Qualifications:- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
- Experience: Minimum of five years in a relevant field
- Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plan administration, including payroll and recordkeeping
- Familiarity with regulations governing both qualified and non-qualified benefit plans
- Proven ability to collaborate with third-party vendors and foster effective business relationships
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of handling complex initiatives
Oversee the daily operations, administration, communication, and compliance of various retirement plans and executive programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison with external service providers and internal payroll and HR teams
- Investigate issues and provide responses to inquiries from service providers, stakeholders, and plan participants
- Collaborate with the internal communications team and external vendors on benefits-related communications, including enrollment materials and plan documentation
- Conduct best practices research, benchmark analysis, and trend evaluations
- Create presentations and training materials for payroll and HR staff
