Job Title: Corporate Accounts Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Accounts Director to join our team at Smith & Nephew. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market development initiatives within key IDNs and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans that align with cross-divisional sales leadership teams' annual/quarterly objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional sales leadership teams in targeted accounts to identify product, program, and education opportunities
  • Assess customers' financial status and objectives to leverage existing financial solutions or develop new programs
  • Build relationships with key business-minded surgeons and administration to enhance Smith & Nephew's reputation as a strategic partner

Requirements:

  • Commercial leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
