    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention

  • Account Education and Planning
    • Develop and implement account education plans to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate account education sessions with providers and customers.
  • Provider Management and Support
    • Assign providers to accounts and coordinate coverage for vacations and time off.
    • Provide support and resources to providers to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve KPIs and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a healthcare or business development role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
    • Knowledge and experience in the long-term care setting.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Physical and Environmental Requirements
    • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
    • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including healthcare facilities and offices.
