Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at LS Electric America Inc.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in the Western Region, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the Western Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including product development, marketing, and customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success in the Western Region.
  • Excellent product knowledge, automation, and EP (contactors, circuit breakers) experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
