Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LPN/LVN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in a contingent clinical care role. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Administer immunizations and injections, provide patient education, and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
  • Take vital signs, perform diagnostic tests, and assist with patient registration and intake.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
  • Pass a FIT test and wear a respirator mask when required.
  • Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
