About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will oversee the development and implementation of high-quality workforce training programs for Maryland Nonprofits. With a focus on progressive values and a commitment to equity and social justice, you will collaborate with agency leadership to design and strengthen our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Knowledge Management Team in developing and delivering training programs, including curriculum, resources, and learning activities.
  • Provide programmatic oversight to the Workforce Training program, ensuring alignment with agency goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development, promoting coaching and mentoring skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; experience in adult learning principles, workforce training, and program management preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
