About the Job

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Learning Experience Manager to join our team at The ACI Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise learning and development, IT training program design, development, and implementation.

The Enterprise Learning Experience Manager will assist with managing, developing, implementing, and monitoring processes to ensure learners and team members have access to information that supports data-driven decisions. Additionally, the manager will oversee online and in-person training event coordination and correspondence, including answering and responding to incoming calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage learner enrollment systems and publish upcoming course and learning event information for customers
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to ensure engaging and effective delivery methods
  • Monitor progress and impact of training programs, collecting feedback and data to measure their effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the program's relevance and quality continuously

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field and 1 year of experience or 5 years of experience with an associate degree
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing technical/support teams and utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, as well as collaborative tools like Atlassian, Mural, and Slack

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a full benefits package and a choice of employment options, including contract, permanent, and contract-to-perm positions.
