Job Overview

AssistRx is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, assessing their needs, and triaging information to the appropriate resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, carefully evaluating their needs and prioritizing their handling.
  • Enroll new customers to Patient Services and record activities in the patient database.
  • Complete various special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service.
  • Professional level skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications.
  • Experience working with people in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations, and strong customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
