Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Answernet Inc. in Orlando. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and assisting with scheduling and rescheduling of in-office and Telehealth consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling of in-office and Telehealth consultations
  • Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patient inquiries
  • Document all call activity accurately in the NextGen scheduling system
  • Attend team meetings and customer training sessions
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to de-escalate distressed callers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
