Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled HVAC Service Technician to conduct maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and customer service standards across all tasks. The position is full-time and will report directly to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and equipment
  • Build rapport with customers to provide effective solutions and services
  • Keep job sites and service vehicles organized and clean
  • Engage in training sessions, meetings, and company events

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Valid driver's license is required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Safety is paramount; knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA regulations is essential
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and use hands for various tasks
  • Ability to climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, and navigate small spaces
  • Must be capable of lifting and moving objects weighing 50+ lbs
  • Work conditions may vary seasonally, requiring outdoor work

The compensation for this role ranges from $25 to $50 per hour, with potential signing bonuses based on experience.
