Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Life Time, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Ensure the safety of our facilities, staff, and members by adhering to local and state regulations and building codes
  • Respond to repair requests and prioritize emergency repairs
  • Record all repair and preventative maintenance in our CMMS software
Requirements
  • ~3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
  • ~ State-approved Boiler/Engineers License preferred
  • ~ CFC certification, Aquatics Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) / Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
  • ~ Ability to routinely bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
  • ~ Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
Preferred Requirements
  • ~ Trade or Technical School degree
