The Role:

The Client Services division within the Operations & Services Group (OSG) is on the lookout for motivated and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. In this position, you will engage in transaction processing and uphold our established record-keeping practices, providing top-tier service to financial advisors and institutional clients. Your primary responsibilities will include executing client requests and serving as an advocate for clients throughout the organization via telephone interactions.

Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be demonstrated through your ability to handle both standard and complex inquiries, ensuring that every client interaction is met with excellence.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service within a call center or financial services environment.

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized to execute tasks efficiently.
- Punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Eagerness to learn about the various aspects of the OSG Client Services business, including teams, systems, and processes.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment to meet processing timelines.
- A desire to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the implementation of changes.

This division is responsible for servicing clients through inbound phone interactions, transaction processing, and record-keeping for Fidelity Investments Institutional Operations Company, Inc., as well as providing intermediary support and relationship management for Fidelity Institutional Asset Management (FIAM).
