Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer incoming calls from our phone queue schedule, assess customer needs, and gather information to accurately inform technicians of service details.
- Scheduling: Schedule services with homeowners and RbA Service Technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Quote and Verify: Quote parts and labor costs for non-warranty services, verify payment for billable orders, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Communication: Enter required notes at every point of action and customer contact, scan service orders and confirmations into customer electronic files, and document customer contact through RForce.
- Experience: Considerable experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
