Department: Skid Technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure positive customer outcomes through effective management of custom fabrication projects, which includes:
- Overseeing project schedules and coordinating tasks with shop technicians
- Engaging with customers and suppliers
- Maintaining adherence to project timelines
- Managing project budgets and financials
- Identifying and executing process improvement initiatives
- Preparing material and fabrication estimates for customer proposals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a four-year technical or engineering degree, or equivalent industry experience; a BSME or BSEE is preferred
- Has a background in manufacturing, welding, fabrication, and instrumentation
- Demonstrates proven experience in project management
- Exhibits a strong focus on process improvement
- Is proficient in working with P&IDs and CAD/drawing software
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is a collaborative team player, able to work closely with colleagues from various business units
