Position Overview
We are looking for a committed Project Engineer to enhance our vibrant team.

This position offers a thrilling chance to contribute to our innovative construction initiatives, allowing you to apply your expertise in ASI and subcontractor oversight.

As a Project Engineer, your role will involve managing the technical components of our construction endeavors, assisting the Project Manager, and ensuring that all engineering facets are accurately planned, designed, and executed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Project Manager to establish project goals, scope, and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret project blueprints, technical schematics, and specifications.
  • Organize, schedule, coordinate, and oversee assigned engineering projects.
  • Engage with subcontractors, providing clear directives and supervising their work for quality and compliance with timelines.
  • Administer ASI (Architect's Supplemental Instructions) to ensure all modifications are properly documented and implemented.
  • Conduct overall quality assurance of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members to offer assistance and technical support.
  • Review engineering outputs and initiate corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal guidelines, environmental regulations, and health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in design and visualization software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple disciplines within projects.
  • Skills in project management and oversight.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in managing ASI and collaborating with subcontractors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
