Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure positive customer outcomes through effective management of custom fabrication projects, which includes:
  • Overseeing project schedules and coordinating tasks with shop technicians
  • Engaging with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining adherence to project timelines
  • Managing financial aspects of projects
  • Identifying and executing process enhancement opportunities
  • Preparing material and fabrication estimates for client proposals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a four-year technical or engineering degree, or equivalent industry experience; BSME or BSEE preferred
  • Has experience in manufacturing, welding, fabrication, and instrumentation
  • Demonstrates a track record of successful project management
  • Exhibits a strong focus on process improvement
  • Is proficient in working with P&IDs and CAD/drawing software
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Can manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Is a collaborative team player, able to work closely with colleagues from various departments
