Rack Room Shoes is seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join their team in Roswell, Georgia. As a key member of the sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, basic math abilities, and experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or specialty retail.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Create a positive shopping experience for customers through awareness of company service standards and effective communication.
- Sales and Assistance: Provide sales support, promote rewards programs, and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
- Maintenance and Organization: Ensure stock is well-arranged, merchandised properly, and cleanliness and organization of all areas are maintained.
- Inventory and Cash Handling: Participate in physical inventories, assist with shipping and receiving merchandise, and process cash transactions accurately.
Working Conditions: This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and using manual dexterity to handle merchandise.
