Luxury Retail Sales Representative

Brown & Co. Jewelers is a leading luxury retailer specializing in high-end jewelry and timepieces, serving discerning clients in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Luxury Retail Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fine jewelry and timepieces, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive sales and increase loyalty.
- Focus on relationship building through clienteling, sourcing new clients, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail, ensuring a luxurious experience.
- Organize jewelry and timepieces in the showroom, maintaining a visually appealing and accessible presentation.
- Facilitate sales transactions with professionalism and integrity, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
- Utilize CRM and other hardware and software as required.
- Complete administrative tasks to support the client.
- Assist with client repairs when necessary.
- Meet KPIs and training requirements, turning clients over to another team member if needed.
- Ensure clients leave with a positive experience, relaying gratitude for involvement in their special occasion.
- Adhere to dress code standards.
- Business-related travel as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Commitment to uphold partner brand expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to follow up in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate showroom hours.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
