- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing concerns and providing timely information.
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and room readiness.
- Manage guest accounts accurately, processing payments and maintaining precise financial records.
- Utilize effective communication skills to handle reservations and promote hotel offerings, enhancing occupancy and revenue.
- Maintain awareness of local events and hotel functions to assist guests with relevant information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt and effective service for all guest needs.
- Process guest correspondence, including mail and messages, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support team members and collaborate with other departments to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in cash handling and familiar with computerized cash register systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Experience in customer service and direct public interaction is preferred.
