  • Maintain awareness of local events and hotel functions to assist guests with relevant information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt and effective service for all guest needs.
  • Process guest correspondence, including mail and messages, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support team members and collaborate with other departments to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in cash handling and familiar with computerized cash register systems.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Experience in customer service and direct public interaction is preferred.
