Position Overview:
The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis experience by providing valuable information about product benefits and potential effects. This position requires a solid understanding of our product range and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to customers, guests, and colleagues.
- Exhibit empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Uphold the Trulieve experience through superior service standards and product knowledge.
- Assist management with returns in compliance with company policies.
- Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
- Adhere to Trulieve's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the on-duty leader to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products or devices.
- Work with management to resolve customer concerns.
- Document customer feedback and issues accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clear driving record.
- Follow all company policies and procedures as a delivery associate.
- Assist with processing online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in specific states).
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
- Experience with cash handling is required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse personalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively without supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to engage with all levels of staff.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
- Must be able to interact respectfully with customers and team members.
- Must be able to communicate in conversational English and operate electronic devices.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is expected to:
- Move throughout the facility, including confined spaces, and communicate effectively with others.
- Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, push/pull objects up to 50 lbs, and lift/carry items as needed.
- Occasionally remain seated during certain tasks.
- Flexible hours based on store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- This position may require up to 25 hours per week.
