About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Donor Center Technician to join our team at Kedrion Biopharma Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma collection center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory policies to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare equipment for use, perform quality control checks, and maintain accurate records of donor data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient donor flow and minimize wait times.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on SOP changes and best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomist certification preferred.
  • Minimum one-year phlebotomy experience in a customer service environment, such as a medical office, retail, or blood/plasma collection center.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical and mental stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
