Job Summary

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment to ensure that our stores are running at optimal levels and that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and that our customers receive the freshest ingredients.
  • Prepare product to ensure that our customers receive high-quality food and that our stores are running efficiently.
  • Receive and process telephone orders to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner and that our stores are running smoothly.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork to ensure that our stores are accurately stocked and that our customers receive the products they need.
  • Clean equipment and facility daily to ensure that our stores are clean and safe for our customers and employees.
  • Lead by example and coach/train new employees to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Ability to prepare product to ensure that our customers receive high-quality food.
  • Ability to receive and process telephone orders in a timely manner.
  • Ability to take inventory and complete associated paperwork accurately.
  • Ability to clean equipment and facility daily.
  • Ability to lead by example and coach/train new employees.

Working Conditions

The working conditions for this role are varying and may include working in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy objects, and standing for long periods of time.
