About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team at Presbyterian Manors of Mid America. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with other members of the senior living community to support the overall mission of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select high-quality candidates for open roles at the community
  • Screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews and fill out hiring paperwork
  • Consult with the Human Resources Director, Executive Director, Regional Human Resources Director, and/or corporate Human Resources regarding policies, procedures, and terminations
  • Assist with onboarding and employee relations
Requirements
  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, but not required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in human resources administration preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to learn HRIS programs
  • SHRM certification preferred, but not required
