  • Experience working with children and a strong commitment to water safety and survival.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in setting and maintaining service standards, particularly in child-related environments.
  • A Lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain one.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another language is advantageous.

If you meet these qualifications, we offer comprehensive training on the leading swim program in the industry, along with a competitive compensation package. Become a part of British Swim School, where we have been dedicated to teaching the survival skills of the youngest since 1981.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay structure.
  • Paid training, including lifeguard certification.
  • A meaningful role in a fun and supportive environment.
  • A dynamic corporate culture that promotes growth.
  • Opportunities for career advancement.
  • Paid time off for birthdays.

Why choose British Swim School?

  • A safe and enjoyable work environment where creativity is encouraged.
  • Flexible scheduling options, making it ideal for students, parents, and those with busy lifestyles.
  • A fulfilling job that allows you to make a genuine difference in your community.
