We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven People Manager to oversee the administrative duties of our Northern California Region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall administrative duties of the region are completed to standard.

You will oversee the aquatics team, providing feedback on their performance and assisting Operations Management with the management of the Northern California Team.

Additionally, you will work closely with the General Manager, Regional Quality Manager, and Experience Manager on employee morale and collaborate with and receive feedback from senior management to improve current systems in place.

Current certifications in CPR (Adult, Child, Infant), AED, and First Aid are required.
