Position Overview:

Nightwing is at the forefront of innovation, aiming to redefine the landscape of digital identity and access management. We are seeking a talented Customer Identity and Access Management Architect to lead our initiatives in enhancing customer interactions through effective identity solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team is pivotal in managing the identity lifecycle for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the complete customer identity lifecycle, including user registration, access requests, authentication, and authorization.
  • Revamping our current CIAM solutions to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
  • Leading the architecture and deployment of a new CIAM solution, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Collaborating with various teams, including customer service, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, to develop a sustainable and scalable identity management solution.

Additional Duties:

  • Guiding future deployments and enhancements for application teams.
  • Managing the transition of our CIAM solution to a modern cloud environment.
  • Formulating strategies for migrating applications to utilize the new CIAM platform.
  • Customizing ForgeRock components and developing workflows to enhance system functionality.
  • Providing technical guidance and support for user experience improvements.
  • Working closely with project management to identify and prioritize IAM requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with significant relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ForgeRock modules and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, particularly Azure, and experience with authentication technologies such as SAML and OAuth.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
