Role Overview:
As a Traffic Management Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding patrons to appropriate parking areas.


Your daily responsibilities will include completing shift documentation, which involves tracking the number of transactions based on parking rates, monitoring vehicle entries and exits, and recording data related to contract parkers and validated tickets.


It is essential to maintain a clean and organized cashier booth, ensuring it is free from debris and clutter, with windows that are clear of unauthorized signage or decorations.


You will be expected to uphold the company's service standards with every interaction, which includes adhering to the required uniform, delivering the company greeting, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and expressing gratitude to customers upon their departure.

Additionally, you may be requested by management to perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as outlined in the company's maintenance protocols.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma preferred, but not mandatory

- Capable of providing customer solutions in a courteous and professional manner

Preferred Experience:
- Valet parking experience: 1 year or more
