About the Role:

The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team is integral to managing the identity operations for our clientele. This encompasses the entire customer identity lifecycle, including access requests, user registration, authentication, and authorization processes.

The CIAM platform serves as the initial touchpoint for our customers, making it essential to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. We are currently engaged in a transformative initiative to upgrade and replace our existing CIAM framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the architecture and implementation of the new CIAM solution.
  2. Oversee the transition of the ForgeRock solution from a legacy cloud setup to a modern cloud environment.
  3. Develop strategies for migrating applications from outdated authentication solutions to the ForgeRock CIAM platform.
  4. Customize ForgeRock components, including connector development and workflow creation.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support for enhancement requests from business units.
  6. Collaborate with project management to identify and prioritize IAM technical requirements.

Qualifications Required:

Applicants should possess a BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, an advanced degree with 5 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.

Experience with core ForgeRock modules, Unix/Linux scripting, and Azure Cloud Services is essential. Familiarity with authentication technologies such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and API development is advantageous. A strong commitment to enhancing customer experiences and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are highly valued.
