Job Description

As a Sales Manager at The Aviator Hotel, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building. You will identify opportunities to increase bookings, develop tailored solutions for clients, and ensure our hotel offerings meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed booking goals.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase bookings and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Group and Transient Bookings: Coordinate group and transient bookings to maximize profits and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Sales Solicitation: Maintain an active sales solicitation program to engage with clients and promote our hotel offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing required reports and analyzing market trends to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: 3+ years of employment in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • IT Expertise: Advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools.
  • Education: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Subject Expertise: Requires advanced knowledge of sales, marketing, catering, food and beverage, and hospitality principles and practices.
