Uline, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our sales team in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with existing customers and prospect for new business opportunities within the region.

Job Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities within the region. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the market and meeting with existing customers on-site to build relationships.
  • Developing effective solutions for customers using Uline's portfolio of 40,000 high-quality products.
  • Scheduling and conducting on-site visits to meet with customers and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of prior sales experience. A valid driver's license and excellent driving record are also essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and presentation skills. Some overnight travel within the state of Alaska and to Uline's Seattle, WA distribution center may be required.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, plus bonus programs, insurance benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. An internet and mobile phone allowance, as well as auto mileage reimbursement, are also provided.
