About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our Residential Sales team in the luxury audio and video market. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our company's overall objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize market trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Oversee sales execution, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Regularly report to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and close deals with strategic customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the audio and electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $450,000 per year, plus a car allowance and relocation assistance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401K match and wellness program.
