Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Batavia, OH. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
  • Order Processing and Follow-Up:
    • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    • Track orders and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the products and services provided.
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database.
    • Generate and provide reports on customer service metrics and trends to management as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and current information to customers.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products and services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

  • Competitive hourly wage of $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.
