Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Batavia, OH. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
- Order Processing and Follow-Up:
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Track orders and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the products and services provided.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company database.
- Generate and provide reports on customer service metrics and trends to management as needed.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and current information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about new products and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

- Regular working hours, Monday to Friday, no weekends.
