About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR/Teller in our Batavia location. As a key member of our financial center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Deepen relationships with customers by actively listening, asking questions, and guiding them to relevant financial solutions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and finding solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Perform daily office responsibilities, ensuring efficient operation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work as part of a team.
