About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a CSR/Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Partner Referrals: Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for a consultative conversation, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solutions for their financial needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer interactions, openly exchanging ideas and opinions to ensure that customers are protected and that our business is conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial services and products, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
